NORM-JECT® inert syringes are latex free, contain no rubber, no silicone oil, styrene or DEHP and are DNA free. These syringes are the choice for any situation needing an inert, non-reactive syringe. They are more chemically resistant than rubber tipped syringes. Manufactured only from laboratory grade polypropylene and polyethylene. These unique plastic syringes have a positive safety stop to prevent accidental spills.

SGE PTFE Tipped Plunger Gas Tight Glass Syringes

A PTFE tip plunger minimizes carryover and prevents particulate matter from getting between the plunger and barrel by effectively wiping the barrel inner diameter during the plunger stroke. PTFE tipped plungers are suitable for both liquid and gas samples. Individually boxed. Pistons and barrels are interchangeable.

Stainless Steel Syringes

These syringes are intended for high pressure applications with good resistance to most aggressive liquids. All syringe barrels and plungers are manufactured with #316 stainless steel. Syringes are fully autoclavable.

Syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 750 psi.
8 mL syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 1500 psi. 

Viton® O'Rings are included in each syringe. Replacement O'Ring sets in Viton® or Chemraz® materials are available.

O'Rings insure against leakage. Syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 700 PSI. Stainless Steel Syringes come standard with Viton® O'Rings. Operation:

The syringe heater constantly monitors and displays the temperature measured on the primary heating pad. While regulating the temperature, the Heat Clamping will hold the set temperature. Thermo-Kinetic Mode reduces temperature swings and tightens the Heat Clamping at the set temperature by dynamically adjusting the heating by reacting to changes in the temperature measurement and rate of temperature change.

Description:

Each syringe heater control unit uses only the primary heating pad to sense temperature. All secondary heater pads connected to same control unit will function according to the temperature on the primary heater pad. Plugging more than 12 syringe heater pads onto one controller is not recommended. In countries where the voltage is above 120V, you must purchase a step-down transformer Model PWR-220-110-E along with heater kit purchase.

Description:

Thermo-Kinetic Heat Clamp for syringes that require temperature-controlled dispensing. Heats up to 185°C.

Specification Notes:

  • Available in 2 versions:
    • 1LG Heating Pad: 3.5" x 3.0" LxW (9 cm x 7.5 cm)
    • 5SP Heating Pad: 20" x 0.625" LxW (50 cm x 1.5 cm)
  • Heater Kit includes control unit and primary syringe heater pad 1LG version or 5SP version.
  • Multiple syringe heater pads can be attached to the control unit, under restricted conditions.
  • Set point and other parameters retained in memory
  • Digitally sets the heater set point
  • Controller will heat the syringe and hold the set temperature using an on/off or Thermo-kinetic control algorithm.
  • Dual temperature sensors in primary heating pad.
  • Alarm modes with multiple layers of protection to prevent temperature overrun.
  • Additonal heat protection for the pump may be needed when heating syringes above 100°C.
